Club competitions completed for 2026, many great images were entered by our members. What is coming in 2027?

With our last round 6 competition has been completed and our end of year entries closed.
Presentation of our end of year awards night is December 08 2026. Look forward to seeing the results from the panel.
Looking ahead for 2027 your competition set themes + open.
The first competition will be set subject Monochrome and open. Entries will be due at our first meeting 09 February 2027.
The other competition set themes are;
2 Colour Orange
3 Shadows
4 Reflections
5 Multiple Exposure
6 Low Perspective

A Photography Challenge for 2027
Presentation on AV Audiovisuals and then there will be a separate competition and a judging night toward the end of the year. Whether telling a personal story, documenting a place, celebrating local history, capturing nature or exploring an imaginative theme and what story will you tell?

Start Thinking About Your VAPS Submissions!
It’s time to start thinking about submitting your prints and digital images for VAPS (Victorian Association of Photographic Societies).
Submissions will be due in March 2027, when the selections will be made to represent our club at the VAPS Convention in May 2027.
Your images can be on any subject and do not need to have been entered into one of our club competitions.
