The program for our Echuca weekend is well underway - thanks to Graeme Brown and Brian Young for valuable input and support. A draft program is attached. As always, subject to change. Also attached are some photos taken recently by Brian. We are working hard to put together a memorable weekend for you all - which is only three weeks away.

The program for the Sunday might include a riverboat cruise, depending on the level of interest. The cruise would be for one hour, leaving the Echuca Wharf area either around 11.30am or 1.30pm and the cost would be $22-$25 Adult or $20-$23 Concession per person, depending on the boat. Minimum numbers are required to obtain the group discount rate.
We now need to know how many are attending in order to book the hotel dinners, and maybe a riverboat cruise on the Sunday.

Please advise if you are attending and … 

• Arriving for Friday dinner? 
• Saturday dinner? 
• Whether or not interested in a riverboat cruise?

Accommodation

There is still plenty of accommodation available in and around Echuca/Moama. Since my earlier email and suggestions, other venues have published special deals. The deal given especially for us at the Echuca Motel is a good one pricewise, however, the star rating is definitely 3 - some might be disappointed. Apart from motels, there is apparently excellent accommodation available at reasonable prices in cabins at caravan parks. Dinners

Menus for both the Echuca Hotel and the Gunbower Hotel are attached. Both hotelscan accommodate special dietary needswhich can be arranged on the night.
